STRUCTURAL DESIGN CONCEPT
Foundation concrete is specified as C25 ready-mixed concrete whilst reinforcement rebar is specified as S420. Soil bearing and rebar requirement visuals for seismic and non-seismic conditions following Support Reactions list are prepared with SAFE V.12.
 
Building is modelled with SAP2000 software as per Regulation on Buildings to be Constructed in Seismic Zones (2007) and all calculations and verifications were made in accordance with the values obtained through this software.

Assumptions
Steel: St37/ St44
Tensile Strength of Steel: 3700kgf/cm2 /4400 kgf/cm2
Yield Point of Steel: 2400kgf/cm2 /2800 kgf/cm2
Elasticity Module of Steel: 200000 Mpa
 
St 37 and St 44 grade steel were used as steel construction material pursuant to TS 648 Calculation and Execution Rules of Steel Structures. Characteristic yield strength of St 37 grade steel is 2400kgf/cm2 while yield strength of St 44 grade steel is 3700kgf/cm2. Elasticity modüle of all steel materials is 200000 Mpa.
