The European Convention for Constructional Steelwork (ECCS) General Assembly was held in Prague / Czech Republic. Having completed his term as the ECCS Promotion Management Board (PMB) Chairman for six years in Annual ECCS Meetings, Turkish Construction Steel Association (TUCSA) President H. Yener Gur’es has been elected as the President of ECCS.
