Sales and promotion office of the housing development designed to build a complex of 92 units in the urban transformation area with 60% density housing limitation and steep geography has been built on the plot limit in a location with similar geography in Narlidere, Izmir. Design approach has been developed with reflecting the temporariness of the structure on the area. Furthermore, short construction period of the structure was also a design input. Constructed in 20 days, the structure has been set out on the plot in a manner to eliminate the need for excavation almost in full. The target was to interfere with the natural state of topography at minimum.
Structure, planned as the sales office of a project realized in an area with a slope of up to 50% using solutions other than the traditional, has been constructed with the aim of attracting attention with the tension between the structure and its surroundings. Construction of the structure located in an area which received a new character via urban transformation has been completed in a remarkably short period of time.

Structure shaped with its functions takes form with repetition of 3 similar masses at different angles and it provides a pleasant interior experience by making the view of sea and valley an important element of the interior and the luminous effects created by sunblinds. Furthermore, structure is almost completely composed of glass walls, creating the effect of looking over the valley further to the experience of the interior space.
